摘要
通过单因子试验和正交试验,研究了桑黄子实体多糖的提取条件。结果表明,微波辅助提取桑黄子实体多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料水比1:30(W:V)、微波功率为480W、提取时间8min,多糖得率为3.29%。与热水提取方法相比,微波辅助提取法可缩短提取时间,提高多糖得率。
Optimum conditions for extracting polysaccharide from Phellinus igniarius fruit bodys were studied using monofactorial and orthogonal testing. It was concluded that the optimal condition for microwave-assisted extraction (MAE)of polysaccharide were: sample : water ratio by1:30, microwave treatment for 8nin at power of 480W. Under this condition, the yield of polysaccharide was 3.29%. Comparing with hot water extraction; MAE can shorten the extraction time and improve yield of polysaccharide.
