摘要
对五味子进行花芽分化与过氧化物酶同工酶的关系研究。结果表明,在五味子花芽分化的不同时期及不同种类的芽,过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱有很大差异,过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱可作为判别五味子花芽分化质量和分化进程的依据。
A study on the rchtionship between flower bud differentiation and pcroxidase isoenzyme of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz) BaiU was carried out. And the result showed that there was a great difference of map of pcroxidasc isocnzymc of the differentiation of flower buds in different period and different type of buds. The map may be as a basis for determination of quality and course of flower buds.
