二种植物激素对“早紫”葡萄坐果率和无核率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以大棚栽培的4年生"早紫"葡萄为试材,在花前期和盛花期单用和混合GA_3、6-BA药液浸蘸"早紫"葡萄花序,探讨二种植物激素对其坐果和无核率的影响。试验结果表明:"早紫"葡萄对植物激素较敏感。筛选出花前期(25mg/L GA_3+25mg/L 6-BA)混合药剂的处理,坐果率平均34.56%、无核率95.1%和果粒重4.02g、果穗重195.12g,分别比对照(CK)提高3.45%、89.97%和增重O.6g、16.99g,基本达到无核化要求,提高果实商品价值,可在生产中推广应用。 Zaozi grape was used as trial material which was planted in large plastic house four year ago. The test was conducted to research the effect of two plant hormone on bearing and seedless rate of Zaozi Grape by the method of single and mixed using GA3 and 6-BA by immersing cluster into their solution before flowering and at full bloom. The result showed that Zaozi grape was susceptible to the two kind of plant Hormone. And the treatment of mixed medicament (25mg/L GA3+25mg/L 6-BA)before flowering had been screened whose means of bearing rate,seedless rate,berry weight and cluster weight were 34.56%、95.1%g、4.02g and 195.12g, and which were increased 3.45%、89.97%、0.6g and 16.99g compared with the control respectively. This treatment achieved seedless demand elementarily and increased berry commodity value. It can be used in the practice.
