微卫星DNA标记在家兔遗传育种中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 微卫星DNA是一类由1~6个核苷酸为重复单元而形成的串联重复序列,由于它具有含量丰富、多态性高、共显性等优点,而广泛应用于鉴定亲缘关系、构建遗传图谱、数量性状位点(QTL)定位、遗传多样性估计、标记辅助选择等方面。本文就微卫星标记在家兔遗传育种中的应用进行概述。 Microsatellite DNA is random repetitive sequences, composed of motif of 1 - 6bp.Due to its abundance,high polymorphism, codominace,it has been widely used in parentage determination, genetic map construction, QTL determination,evaluation of genetic diversity,marker assistal selection.This paper reviewed the mechanism and analysed the application of microsatellite markers in rabbit Genetics and Breeding.
