摘要 目的建立一种简便准确的尿铅测定方法,检测职业工人接触的尿铅水平。方法采集100ml尿样测比重后加酸保存,加入基体改进剂直接测定。结果方法的检出限为1.15μg/L,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.97%,加标回收率为92%-106%。结论该法只需要普通石墨管,无需涂钼,为一种简便的理想的尿铅测定方法。 [ Objective] To establish a simple and accurate method for the determination of lead in urine and detect the urine lead level among the occupationally lead-exposed workers. [ Methods] 100 ml urine was collected, determined for its gravity, preserved after acidification and determined after being added with matrix modifier. [ Results] The detection limit was 1.15 μg/L; RSD was 2.97% ; the labeled recovery rate was 92% - 106%. [ Conclusion] This method is simple and ideal for the determination of lead in urine requiring only graphite tube but no molybdenum.
