韶关市新丰县1997—2006年医院传染病漏报调查结果分析

Investigation of the Failure of Infectious Disease Report in the Hospitals of Shaoguan City during 1997—2006

目的掌握韶关市新丰县各级医院传染病漏报情况,为制定疾病防控策略提供科学依据。方法按《全国法定传染病漏报调查方案》对该县各级医院进行传染病漏报调查。结果1997—2006年共查出乙、丙类传染病2483例,漏报677例,平均漏报率27.27%;乙类传染病漏报率(24.16%)低于丙类传染病漏报率(66.48%)(χ2=7.54,P<0.01)。2002—2006年平均漏报率(13.26%)低于1997—2001年平均漏报率(40.84%)(χ2=5.31,P<0.05);县级医院的漏报率(12.30%)低于镇级医院(40.80%)(χ2=6.45,P<0.01)。共对2631张传染病报告卡进行了分析,其中及时报告1507张,平均及时率(57.28%);实现网络直报前1997—2003年平均及时率(28.04%)低于直报后2004—2006年的平均及时率(80.95%)。结论要减少传染病的漏报、迟报现象,提高各级医院传染病报告质量.必须加强传染病报告的管理和监督力度,增强医务人员传染病防治法律法规意识。

[ Objective ]To understand the missing reports of notifiable infectious diseases in the hospitals Xinfeng County and pro- vide scientific evidence for the establishment of preventive countermeasures. [ Methods]Investigation was carried out among the hospitals of the county based on the ＂ National Investigation Scheme for the Missing Reports of Notifiable Infectious Diseases＂. [ Results ] A total of 2483 cases of type B and C notifiable infectious diseases were found during 1997--2006; 667 cases were missed out with an average missing report rate of 27.7% ; the missing report rate of class B （30.65 % ） was lower than that of type C （66.48%） （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the average missing report rate during 2002--2006 （13.26%） was lower than that between 1997 and 2001 （40.84%） （ P 〈0.05） ; the missing report rate in the hospitals at county level （12.30%） was lower than that at township level （40.80%） （ P 〈0.01 ） ; 1507 out of 2631 report cards were timely reported with an average timely-reporting rate of 57.28% ; the average timely-reporting rate during 1997--2003 before the implementation of network report （80.95%） was lower than that after the implementation of network report （28.04%）. [ Condusion] In order to reduce the missing and delaying report andimprove the quality of infectious disease report, supervision and management of infectious disease report should be strengthened and the laws and regulation consciousness should be enhanced among the medical staff.
