《金匮要略》与《伤寒论》同名方剂义理辨析

Differentiation and Analysis on the Same Name Recipes in "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" and "Treatise on Febrile Diseases

作者通过对《金匮要略》和《伤寒论》中同名方剂的对比分析,认为它们的作用、适应证等同中有异,或外感内伤交互立论,或异病同方扩大应用,或组成主治互为补充。这些都具有相当的临床意义,并为研究仲景辨证论治思想方法和经方新用开辟了新途径。

As compared with the same name recipes in 'synopsis of the Golden Chamber' and 'Treatise on Febrile Diseases', the author considers that their therapeutic effect and indications were different in same, namely, exogenous affection and internal injury were mutually discussed, or one recipe whose indication was expanded was used in different diseases. All these had much important clinical significance, and provided new way for the study of Zhang Zhongjing's diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs, as well as new usage of classical recipes.
