摘要
目的研究社区老年人生活质量与社会支持的关系,探讨提高社区老年人生活质量的有效途径。方法采用描述相关性研究方法,对1151例社区老年人进行生活质量和社会支持两方面的问卷调查,以分析其相关性。结果社区老年人群生活质量属于较好水平;社区老年人群获得的社会支持高于中国人群正常值(P<0.01);社区老年人生活质量与社会支持呈显著正相关(r=0.168,P<0.01)。结论社会支持与社区老年人生活质量密切相关,应该重视社会支持系统对提高社区老年人生活质量的作用,并有效利用。
Objective The present study was conducted to get an insight into the correlation between the life quality of aged people in the community and the social support for those, in order to achieve more improvement in their quality of life. Methods A survey was carried out among 1151 aged people in the community of the Urumqi city. Questionnaires covering both the quality of life and the social support they received were filled, and of which the results were analyzed by descriptive correlative methods. Results The aged people in the community are generally enjoying a high quality of life, and also receiving greater social support than average population in China （P〈0.01）. The correlation is significant between the two factors above （r=0.168, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Higher quality of life is closely associated with better social support, thus highlighting the roles which the social support system is playing, and underlining the more effective utility of it.
