吸毒育龄妇女美沙酮治疗者艾滋病、乙、丙型肝炎感染的调查

Investigation of AIDS,hepatitis B and C among methadone-treated drug addicted women of childbearing age

为了解育龄妇女吸毒美沙酮治疗者艾滋病、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎的感染状况和频率,同时或重叠感染的严重程度及其影响因素,对温州市某药物依赖门诊部育龄妇女吸毒美沙酮治疗者进行了调查。结果87名调查对象抗-HIV均为阴性,HCV抗体阳性率为75.86%,HBV标志物检出率为72.41%。研究表明,育龄妇女吸毒美沙酮治疗者中乙肝、丙肝的感染率非常高,并可同时或重叠感染,且相当严重,与长期多次使用不洁注射器有关。

The study provides an insight into the morbidity and frequency of AIDS, hepatitis B and C infections among methadone-treated female drug addicts of childbearing age, as well as the severity and impact factors of their comorbidities and superinfections by investigating this population from a drug-dependent clinic in Wenzhou. Findings from the investigation showed 87 negative anti-HIV cases with an anti-HCV positive rate of 75.86% and HBV-marker detection rate of 72,41%. A very high infection rate of hepatitis B and C was revealed among methadone-treated drug-addict women of childbearing age. Comorbidities or superinfections, often very serious, were observed to complicate their conditions due to long-term and repeated use of contaminated syringes.
