摘要
目的探索精神病专科医院对疾病治疗质量和费用实现有效科学管理和监控的方法和手段。方法运用文献检索法、分析比较法、系统论方法,针对精神疾病临床路径的可行性、设计模式进行研究。结论需要在精神疾病诊疗活动中引进临床路径这种治疗质量与费用控制的管理方法;标准化的精神科临床路径的设计和应用有利于缩短平均住院日、合理支付医疗费用,对建设和谐医患关系有着积极的作用。
Objective To achieve scientific methods and means of effective management and monitoring by exploring the quality and cost of the psychiatric specialist hospital. Method Study the feasibility and design patterns of psychosis clinical path. by using literature retrieval, analysis and comparison method and systems theory . Results clinical pathway （CP） for quality improvement and cost control is necessary to be introduced; the design and application of standard psychiatric clinical pathway can help to shorten the average hospital stay, Reasonable pay medical expenses,and play a positive role in building harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
