浅谈地方高校图书馆数字资源建设的构想

完善地方高校图书馆数字资源建设是信息时代社会发展的需要和必然。在网络环境下,地方高校图书馆数字资源建设要加强区域性资源合作,形成共建共享联盟,共建虚拟馆藏,实现图书馆实体资源和虚拟资源的平衡、融合,构建科学合理的数字资源保障。

Perfecting digital resources construction in regional university libraries is requisite and certain along with the social development at information age. Under the network environment regional digital resources cooperation should be reinforced, the union of constructing and sharing together should be formed, virtual collection should be constructed together in regional university libraries so as to realize the balance and mergence of entity resources and virtual resources and establish scientific and reasonable digital resources security.
