The paper briefly introduces the necessity, function, advantages as well as the service modes of library while developing enterprise competitive intelligence service in financial institutions. It takes the library of Guangxi University of Finance and Economies as an example and explores some new measures for the libraries of financial institutions to take part in enterprise competitive intelligence service.
