胃痛灵对氨诱发的大鼠萎缩性胃炎治疗作用的实验研究

Experimental study on the therapeutic effects of weitongling on atrophic gastritis in rats induced by ammonia

采用０２ｇ·Ｌ－１氨水喂养诱发大鼠萎缩性胃炎，定量观察不同剂量中药胃痛灵及丽珠得乐对萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用，结果表明：（１）中、小剂量胃痛灵能明显增加胃体粘膜表面上皮层厚度，从而改善胃粘膜屏障功能，其效果优于丽珠得乐；（２）各剂量胃痛灵能增加胃体粘膜ＰＡＳ（＋）层厚度，从而改善胃粘液屏障功能；（３）胃痛灵可明显抑制胃窦粘膜急性炎症反应从而减轻炎性损伤，尤以小剂量胃痛灵效果为佳。

Atrophic gastritis in rats was induced by using 0 2 g·L -1 ammonia solution administrated as drinking water. The therapeutic effects of medicinal herb Weitongling (WTL) at varied dosages and Lizhudele (DeNol) on atraphic gastritis were observed quantitatively. The results showed: (1) WTL at moderate and small dosages might obviously increase the thickness of superficial epithelium in the body mucosa to improve the function of gastric mucosal barrier. The effect of WTL was more significant than that of DeNol; (2) WTL at varied dosages might increase the PAS positive thickness in body mucosa to improve the function of gastric mucous barrier; (3) WTL, especially at small dosage, might markedly inhibit acute inflammatory reaction in the antral mucosa to decrease inflammatory damages.
