The Basic Concepts of Soviet Union in 1950s towards World Strategic Pattern

20世纪50年代是苏联世界战略形成的主要时期,苏联的世界战略格局大致经历了斯大林的"积极防御"战略(指东西两线的防御,主要是对欧洲的防御)以及赫鲁晓夫提出的"三和政策",并以此为核心提出"与美国平起平坐"的美苏争霸的对外战略,同时开始在第三世界积极扩张自己的势力。但是从总体上而言,一直到50年代末,苏联的对外战略基本上没有突破雅尔塔体系的框架。

In 1950s, it＇s an important time to form the world strategy of Soviet Union. For world strategic pattern of Soviet Union, there are several stages - Active defense strategy of Stalin （ the defense of two lines, especially European Defense） ; Three - peace policies of Khrushchev and according to that, the foreign strategy of Soviet Hegemony on an equal footing with the United States . Meanwhile, Soviet Union started to expand their own forces actively in Third World. However, generally speaking, till the end of 1950s, the foreign strategy of Soviet Union still hasn＇t broken through the framework of Yalta System.
