摘要
当代,人力资源的开发和管理对一个组织具有极为重要的作用,不仅能调动员工的积极性;扩展组织的人力资本;还能实现组织利润的最大化。因为管理者面临着人力资源管理的变化和组织变化的双重新情况,所以,当代管理者要扮演好人际角色,做好情报工作,更要科学决策。
Human resources development and management play an extremely important role in an organization. It can not only arouse the enthusiasm of the staff and expand the human capital but also maximize the profit for an organization. Because the administrator faces the new changes of human resources management and organization, the contemporary administrator need play an appropriate interpersonal role, do a good job of information and make the scientific decision.
