头穴丛刺对大鼠脑梗死灶周围Nogo-A表达的影响

The effect of cluster needling of scalp point on the expression of the surrounding nogoA of cerebral infarction focus in rats

目的:研究头穴丛刺对大鼠脑梗死灶周围Nogo-A表达的影响。方法:选用20只Wistar大鼠,用改良的Longa法制备大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型,随机分为头穴丛刺组10只,对照组10只。头穴丛刺组每天行头穴丛刺,留针30min,对照组不予任何治疗。每组于术后1天、14天、21天行行为评分,并处死5只大鼠,取脑组织,采用免疫组化法观察每个时间点脑梗死灶周围Nogo-A的表达。结果:头穴丛刺组评分明显低于对照组(P<0·05)。头穴丛刺组于14天、21天Nogo-A阳性细胞的表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0·05)。结论:头穴丛刺能降低脑梗死大鼠梗死灶周围脑组织细胞表达Nogo-A水平。

Object:To investigate the effect of cluster needling of scalp point on the expression of the surrounding nogoA of cerebral infarction focus in rats.Methods:20 Wister rats were randomly divided into the cluster needling of scalp point group and the control group.Improved Longa method was introduced to prepare the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats.The rats in the cluster needling of scalp point group received cluster needling of scalp point and retaining needles for 30 minutes.The control group received no management.Each group was recorded the scores of behavior1、14、21 days after the operation.And five rats of each group were sacrificed,and brain tissue was removed.Immune histochem-istry methods were introduced to observe the expression of the surrounding nogo A of cerebral infarction focus.Results:The scores of the cluster needling of scalp point group were notably lower than the control group' s(p < 0.05).The cells of the cluster needling of scalp point group expressing nogoA were notably lower than the control group's 14、21 days after the operation.Conclusion :cluster needling of scalp point may decrease the expression of nogoA in brain tissue of rats.
