摘要
目的:观察中药复方养心颗粒对冠心病快速性心律失常模型心肌组织Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP ase活性的影响,探讨其防治冠心病快速性心律失常的作用机制。方法:将35只家兔随机分成5组,每组7只,即:空白组、养心颗粒防治组、养心颗粒治疗组、胺碘酮治疗组、模型组,在高脂饮食8周后给予耳缘静脉注射肾上腺素,复制类似于人类冠心病快速性心律失常病理变化的家兔模型,观察养心颗粒对其的预防和治疗作用。结果:养心颗粒可以提高心肌组织Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP ase的活性,使快速性心律失常出现时间延迟,持续时间缩短。结论:养心颗粒通过提高心肌组织Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP ase的活性来增加Ca2+由肌浆逆浓度梯度主动转运到纵管系统,从而维持心肌细胞的兴奋-收缩偶联以及调节心肌的收缩、舒张功能。
Object:To observe the effects of recuperating-heart granule on the activities of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP ase of heart tissues on CHD celerity arrhythmia model and to investigate the mechanism of prevention and cure CHD celerity arrhythmia.Methods:35 rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups:comparison group,recuperating-heart granule prevention group,recuperating-heart granule threat group,amiodaron group and model group,7 rabbits in each group.CHD celerity arrhythmia rabbit models were established by high fat 8 weeks and mainlining adrenalin.Then observe the function of recuperating-heart granule on prevention and cure CHD celerity arrhythmia.Result:Recuperating-heart granule can promote the activities of Ca-Mg2+-ATP ase of heart tissues,delay the celerity arrhythmia,shorten the persistence of the celerity arrhythmia.Conclusion:Recuperating-heart granule increases Ca2+ conveying from active transportation to longitudinal controlling system opposing the density gradient by promoting the activities of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP ase of heart tissues,thereby sustains heart muscle cells ES association and accommodates the contraction-relaxation of heart muscle.
