摘要
随着老年人口增加,急性肾损伤(AKI)的发病率也成增长趋势。老年人常常一身多病,影响因素多,病情复杂,预后差。药物毒物、感染、血容量不足、尿路梗阻是引起老年人AKI常见的病因。MODS、心血管系统并发症和感染是老年人AKI死亡的主要原因。
