摘要
目的：探讨接受放射治疗的肿瘤患者与带状疱疹的关系。方法：回顾性分析482例接受放射治疗的癌症患者。结果：482例患者中25例并发带状疱疹（5．19％），明显高于正常人群中的带状疤疹发病率0．22％～0．26％。结论：放射治疗导致肿瘤患者免疫功能受损是诱发带状疤疹的重要因素；放射治疗诱发的带状疱疹其疼痛往往早于皮疹，而且比一般带状疱疹疼痛较重。
Objective： To evaluate the relationship of receiving radiotherapy for cancer patients with herpes zoster. Methods： Analyzing retrospectively 482 cases of receiving radiotherapy for cancer patients. Results： 25 cases with herpes zoster （5.19 % ） in 482 cases of patients. The crowd was significantly higher than that in normal herpes zoster incidence of 0.22 % -0.26 %. Conclusions： Immune dysfunction induced by radiotherapy for cancer patients is an important factor for herpes zoster; And the pain caused by the herpes zoster induced by radiotherapy is earlier than rashes, the herpes zoster pain induced by radiotherapy is seriouser than that of the common herpes zoster.
