急诊体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石致肾绞痛的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨急诊体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石所致的急性肾绞痛的疗效。方法:回顾性分析体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石所致的急性肾绞痛的492例患者临床资料。结果:首次碎石肾绞痛缓解率100%,首次碎石有效率95.3%,复震率8.3%,3个月结石排净率99.4%。结论:急诊体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石所致的急性肾绞痛是一种安全、高效的方法,可作为本病的首选治疗。 Objective: To explore in the efficacy of extrocoporeal shock wave lithotripay(ESWL)on renal colic induced byureter stones. Methods.The clinical data of 492 cases of acute renal colic induced by ureter stones undergoing ESWL were retrospectively analyzed. Results.The rate of renal colic relieving was 100 % in the first time of ESWL, the rate of second lithotripsy was 8.3 % . After 3months, the rate of completely discharge stones was 99.4 %. Conclusion: ESWL is a safe and effective technique for renal colic induced by ureter stones, it should be the first choice for treatment.
