摘要
以粘度、稳定性、凝固点为性能指标,优化木材用骨胶黏合剂的淀粉改性、丙烯酸改性、表氯醇改性和酸法改性等方法。结果表明,表氯醇改性为骨胶黏合剂改性的最佳方法,该法改性的骨胶黏合剂粘度最大,黏结性12h内稳定,凝固点为-2℃。
The starch modification, the acrylic acid modification, the epichlorohydrin modification and the acid modification were optimized by viscosity, stability and freezing point. The results showed that the best method was the epichlorohydrin process. The bone glue adhesive modified by this method has the stroger viscosity. Moreover, its gluing per[ormace was stable for 12h, and the freezing point was -2℃.
