摘要 使用位能图方法对金属Pd中晶界滑移的研究表明:有序晶界滑移易于开动,有序晶界的滑移可以引起晶界的迁移;与有序晶界相反,无序晶界的滑移很难开动.该结果可以解释形变过程中应力集中和位错发射通常均出现在无序界面处. A method of potential energy map was used to investigate the behavior of the grain boundary (GB) sliding in palladium. It is found that the ordered GB is easily actuated to slide, and its sliding will result in a migration of GB along the direction perpendicular to the boundary plane. In contrast to the ordered GB, the disordered GB sliding is hardly activated. This gives a good explanation why the stress concentration and the dislocation emission usually appeared at the disordered boundarv during the deformation Drocess.
