摘要
[目的]为小尾寒羊的选育和利用提供参考。[方法]选取与小尾寒羊FecB基因紧密连锁的5个微卫星位点(OarHH55、OarJ1A、McM53、BM1329、BM143),分析其在小尾寒羊群体中的多态性,并初步探索其与小尾寒羊高繁殖性能的关系。[结果]5个微卫星位点在小尾寒羊群体中的平均纯合度为0.37,平均杂合度为0.63,说明小尾寒羊微卫星位点存在一定程度的变异。其中,McM53的纯合度最小、杂合度最大,而OarHH55的纯合度最大、杂合度最小。5个微卫星位点均为高度多态性,其中OarHH55、OarJ1A、McM53和BM143的多态信息含量均大于0.6,接近0.7,是较理想的基因选择标记。[结论]该研究结果对小尾寒羊和其他绵羊繁殖性能进行标记辅助选择具有借鉴意义。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to provide the reference for the breeding and utilization of small-tailed Han sheep.[Method] Five microsatellite loci(OarHH55,OarJ1A,McM53,BM1329 and BM143) with tight link to FecB gene in small-tailed Han sheep were selected to analyze their polymorphism in the population of small-tailed Han sheep.And its correlation with high reproduction performance of small-tailed Han sheep was preliminarily discussed.[Result] The average homozygosity of 5 microsatellite loci in the population of small-tailed Han sheep was 0.37 and the average heterozygosity was 0.63,which indicated that microsatellite loci in small-tailed Han sheep had the variation to certain degree.Among them,McM53 had the least homozygosity and the most heterozygosity,while OarHH55 had the most homozygosity and the least heterozygosity.5 microsatellite loci were all highly polymorphic,among which the polymorphism information contents of OarHH55,OarJ1A,McM53 and BM143 were all more than 0.6 and near to 0.7,being more ideal gene selection makers.[Conclusion] The research results had reference significance for making marker-assisted selection of the reproduction performance in small-tailed Han sheep and other sheep varieties.
