摘要
[目的]为梨树枝条废弃资源的合理再利用提供新途径。[方法]用不同比例的梨枝屑和玉米芯作为栽培料,研究其不同配比对杏鲍菇菌丝和子实体生长及产量的影响,并筛选出最适基质配方。[结果]在栽培料中添加梨枝屑对杏鲍菇菌丝生长速度有较大影响。随着梨枝屑含量增加,其菌盖和菌柄的直径有所降低,但添加50%梨枝屑与全用玉米芯的效果相当。杏鲍菇的最适培养料配方为50%梨枝屑+42%玉米芯+5%玉米粉+1%蔗糖+1%石膏+1%石灰,最适pH值为7.5。[结论]采用添加50%梨枝屑的培养料配方栽培的杏鲍菇菌丝体和子实体生长良好,产量与全用玉米芯相当,用于产梨区杏鲍菇生产中可节约成本和实现资源再利用。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to provide a new approach for rational reuse of pear branchlet waste resources.[Method] Pear branchlet sawdust and corn cob with different matching were taken as cultivation mateials to study the effects of different proportions on the growth and yield of mycelium and fruiting body in P.eryngii.And the optimum substrate formula with good economic benefits was screened out.[Result] Adding pear branchlet sawdust in cultivation mateials had greater effects on the mycelial growth rate of P.eryngii.With the increasing of the content of pear branchlet sawdust,the diameters of the pileus and stipe were decreased and the effect of adding 50% pear branchlet sawdust was equivalent to that of using corn cob wholly.The optimum medium formula of P.eryngii was 50% pear branchlet sawdust+42% corn cob+5% cornmeal+1% sucrose+1% gypsum+1% calcareousness and the optimum pH value was 7.5.[Conclusion] The mycelium and fruiting body of P.eryngii cultivated in this medium formula adding 50 % pear branchlet sawdust grew well and its yield was equivalent to that of using corn cob wholly,which could save the cost and realize the reuse of resources in the production of P.eryngii in pear-producing areas.
