摘要
[目的]寻找抗生素替代品,以减少抗生素所带来的危害。[方法]以1日龄艾维因肉鸡为研究对象,通过饲养试验,研究甘露寡糖替代抗生素对肉鸡成活率、平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比等生产性能的影响。[结果]与对照组相比,甘露寡糖组中肉鸡成活率和平均日增重显著提高,且料重比显著降低。甘露寡糖组中肉鸡成活率和平均日增重比抗生素组分别提高1.03%和2.30%,而料重比则比抗生素组降低1.00%。甘露寡糖组中肉鸡平均日采食量比抗生素组和对照组分别提高1.37%和1.60%,但差异均不显著。[结论]在饲料中添加甘露寡糖能够替代抗生素药物,有提高肉鸡成活率和日增重、降低料重比的作用。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to seek the substitutes for antibiotics and resuce the harm of antibiotics.[Method] With 1-day-old Avian broilers as research objects,the effects of the mannan-oligosaccharide substitution of for antibiotics on the production performances of broilers such as the survival rate,the average daily gain,the average daily feed intake and the feed-gain ratio were studied through the feeding experiment.[Result] Compared with control group,the survival rate and daily gain of broilers in the group of mannan-oligosaccharide were significantly increased and the feed-gain ratio was significantly decreased.The survival rate and daily gain of broilers in the group of mannan-oligosaccharide were increased by 1.03% and 2.30% than that in the group of antibiotics resp.and the feed-gain ratio was decreased by 1.00%.The average daily feed intake in the group of mannan-oligosaccharide was increased by 1.37% and 1.60% resp.and both the differences were not significantly.[Conclusion] Addin
