苏通大桥开通后对南通农业生态环境的影响

Tentative Study on the Influences of the Suzhou-Nantong Bridge on Nantong Agriculture Ecological Environment

苏通大桥将于2008年7月建成通车。分析了苏通大桥开通后对南通农业生态环境的影响。结果表明:苏通大桥开通后南通的农业生态环境会变差,主要表现在农业结构大幅度调整、畜禽产业转移以及重污染行业辐射产生的污染,且治理这些污染难度较大。主要原因包括:农业污染不同于工业污染,现行的环境政策、治理模式不适宜农业污染,乡镇财力不足等。最后针对以上问题提出相关的政策建议。

The Suzhou-Nantong Bridge is ready for use in July,2008.in this paper its effects on the agriculture ecological environment in Nantong was analyzed.The research result showed that the opening of the bridge would lead to the worsening of Nantong agriculture ecological environment.The bad influences were mainly expressed in the large amount of adjustment of agricultural structure,the transference of livestock and poultry and the pollution radiated by some heavy-polluting industries.Moreover,the treatments of these pollutants were difficult because they were different from industrial pollutants.Besides the present environmental policies and treating model were not suitable to agricultural pollution and the financial devotion to it was insufficient.At the end of the paper,the relevant suggestions were proposed.
