结合近年来土地整理规划设计工作经验,针对土地整理规划设计中的前期准备工作、土地平整工程、水利设施工程、田间道路工程和其他工程等单体工程提出存在的若干问题,并提出了相应的注意事项,使规划设计从实际出发,以科学的态度、方法和手段结合当地的实际情况,因地制宜作出合理科学的规划设计。科学指导土地整理开发活动,合理安排土地整理开发项目,保障耕地,确保了土地开发整理的高质量,达到了土地整理造福一方的目的。

The ＂Land Management Law＂ has already lasted for 6 years in our country,and the land arrangement has obtained the remarkable result,which has brought the huge economy and the social efficiency.Combined with the experience from many years＇ land arrangement and plan design,in view of the land arrangements plan design in earlier period preparatory work,the corresponding suggestion for the land project,the water conservancy facilities project,field monomer project manpower and so on was put forward.And also,relevated measure was proposed for the smooth practice in the plan design.The science instruction of land and development and reasonable arrangement of the land for the safeguard farming land would guarantee the land development to reorganize high grade good goal.
