摘要 针对当今农药污染严重的水果蔬菜,介绍了农药残留去除的物理、化学、生物方法,阐明了物理方法经济实用,臭氧氧化法和微生物降解法去除果蔬农药残留是将来的发展方向,建议应该从根本上降低果蔬农药残留水平。 The removal method of pesticide residues from vegetable and fruit badly contaminated with the physical,chemical and biological technique was described.It is clarified that the physical methods was economic and practicable,and the ozonic oxidation and microbial decomposition was the orientation to removal of pesticide residues,and it was suggested that the level-reducing of pesticide residues in vegetable and fruit radically was key point in the article.
