新疆财政支农资金投资效益实证分析

Empirical Research on the Investment Benefit of Financial Fund for Supporting Agriculture in Xinjiang

选取农业GDP和农民人均纯收入作为评价新疆财政支农资金投资效益的主要指标,采用回归分析方法对资金投入的总体和结构效益进行分析,发现支农资金在一定程度上促进了农村社会经济的发展,但总体投资效益不高,各项目支农资金的结构投资效益较低,进而提出提高财政支农资金投资效益的相应对策与建议。

In the paper agricultural GDP and net income of farmers were selected as main evaluation indicators to analyze total and structural investment benefit of financial fund for agriculture with regression analysis method,and it was found that the financial fund for agriculture-supporting played some role in the rural development for society and economy,but the whole benefit level was not well,the structural investment benefit of some parts of the fund was lower.Therefore,the countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of the investment benefit of financial fund of agriculture-supporting were proposed.
