Research on the Idea of Agricultural Disaster Reduction and Famine Relief in Qin and Han Dynasty

秦汉时期农业减灾救荒思想已呈现体系化的特征,它包含农业灾害预防思想、农业减灾思想和农业救荒思想三大部分。中国古代的减灾和救荒两大思想体系由此成为有机整体,研究这一时期的农业减灾救荒思想对于后世的防灾减灾工作具有一定的借鉴意义。

The idea of agricultural disaster reduction and famine relief was existed in Qin and Han Dynasty.It contained three important aspects and was systematically combined including the idea of agricultural disaster prevention,the idea of agricultural disaster reduction and the idea of famine relief.Therefore,it is significant for the present activities of natural disaster through the future study on the idea system during the period of Qin and Han Dynasty.
