摘要
目的探讨MIIG115注射型人工骨在治疗跟骨复杂骨折中的应用。方法自2004年7月至2006年10月,20例累及距下关节的跟骨骨折行跟骨外侧入路手术,其中16例行钢板内固定+局部注射MIIG115注射型人工骨植骨,4例行切开复位外固定支架固定+MIIG115注射型人工骨植骨治疗。结果所有患者经8～24个月(平均16个月)随访,骨折平均愈合时间14周,根据Maryland足部评分系统,20例跟骨SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折患者有18例评为优良,总优良率90.0%,无一例出现明显并发症。结论MIIG115注射型人工骨植骨+内外固定治疗跟骨复杂骨折临床疗效满意,是跟骨复杂骨折有效的治疗方法。MIIG115注射型人工骨是一种良好的骨移植替代物。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of MIIG 115 in the reconstruction of the calcaneal cornminuted fracture. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 20 patients with calaneal comminuted fracture treated in our department from July 2004 to October 2006,of which 16 cases treated with open reduction and plate fixation＋MIIG 115-bone graft substitute. Results All patients are followed up 8 to 24 months（average 16 months）,the excellent and good rate was 90. 0 according to the related score criterion, Conclusion MIIG 115-bone graft substitute showed distinct effects in treating calcaneal comminuted fracture.
