摘要
文章针对我国基础设施建设投融资在体制与机制和项目融资风险管理中存在的问题,提出了提高我国基础设施建设融资项目风险管理的具体措施。
Aiming to the existing investing and financing problems of China＇s infrastructure construction in system and project risk management, this paper puts forward the counter measures of improving financing project management in infrastructure construction.
