摘要
文章以2006年我国实施股权激励机制的上市公司为样本,从股权激励实施效果以及公司薪酬激励机制两个角度入手,对我国上市公司管理者股权激励进行了实证研究。得出了与国内已有文献不同的结论:管理层股权激励水平与公司业绩的正相关关系在统计上是显著的,这说明我国上市公司在管理层股权激励方面取得了较大的进步。
The article takes those companies that implement stock ownership incentive mechanism as sample, and investigate the stock ownership incentive mechanism and the effect of the stock ownership incentive. The research finding is different from the previous study: apparent positive relevance exists between the stock ownership reward of the managers and the performance of the companies.
