宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合诊治女性不孕症48例报告

Combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in treatment of female infertility

目的探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗女性不孕症的方法及价值。方法采用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术对48例女性不孕症患者进行检查、诊断，根据术中不同情况进行不同方式手术治疗，术后进行随访、指导受孕。结果术后随访43例，时间2～16个月，有11例妊娠，妊娠率25．58％；其中1例为输卵管妊娠，难免流产1例，足月分娩7例，正在孕期2例。结论宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术诊治女性不孕症集诊断与治疗于一体，创伤小、对盆腔内环境干扰少，恢复快，术后妊娠率较满意。

Objective To evaluate the use of combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in treating female infertility. Methods Forty eight female patients with infertility were treated by surgery combined with laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Different operative measures were adopted as the case indicated. Results Follow - up of 43 cases for 2 - 16 months showed there were 11 cases of conception, including 1 ectopic pregnancy, 1 inevitable abortion, 7 normal labor and 2 cases still in pregnancy. Conclusion In dealing with female infertility, combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy technique allows the physician to make both the diagnosis and the treatment of relevant disease in one. It is simple, less traumatic, causing less disturbance to the pelvic organs, offering rapid recovery, yet yielding satisfactory chance of conception.
