出版文化安全作为国家文化安全的一个重要组成部分,几乎涵盖了文化的各个方面。在现阶段,中国的出版文化安全面临着外部和内部一系列的威胁和挑战。为此,有必要建立中国出版文化安全的预警机制,在提高出版物文化竞争力和出版人文化安全意识的同时,有效地保障国家和民族文化的安全。为了保障中国的文化安全,必须加强国家的出版文化建设,通过出版文化的国家投资战略、政策倾斜战略和文化整合战略(出版文化价值整合、出版文化规范整合、出版文化结构整合)来保障和维护国家的文化安全。

Publishing cultural security, as an essential part of cuhural security in a country, covers almost all aspects of culture. At present, puhlishing cultural security in China encounters a series of exterior and interior threats and challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an early warning mechanism of publishing cultural security, which will effectively ensure the security of country and national culture while enhancing the cultural competitive power of publications and heightening the cultural security awareness of publishers. In order to defend the cultural security in China, it is imperative to strengthen the publishing cultural construction through the country investment strategy, policy inclination strategy and cultural conformity strategy including publishing cultural worthiness conformity, publishing cultural criterion conformity, and publishing cnhural structure conformity.
