摘要
目的探讨三叶木通Akebia trifoliata(Thumb.)Koid野生与栽培药材中微量元素的组成及含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测。结果检测出野生与栽培三叶木通中Ca,Mg,K,Na,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn等8种元素含量,含量最高的是Ca,最低的是Zn,药材中Ca的含量是土壤中的4.7倍和栽培的5.0倍。结论野生与栽培三叶木通中均含有8种元素,且三叶木通具有明显富集Ca的能力。
Objective To explore the constitute and concentration of the trace elements in the wide and cultivated Akebia trifoliate. Methods The contents were determined by the flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results In the wide type, the contents of Ca,Mg,K,Na,Fe,Cu,Zn, and Mn were 1.63,0. 137,0. 320,0.003,0. 019,0. 001,0.0005 g/kg and 0. 013 g/kg respectively; in the cultivated one, the corresponding contents were 1.61,0. 152,0.676,0. 006,0. 021,0.001,0. 0006,0. 017 g,/kg respectively. Ca concentration was the highest, and Zn concentration was the lowest. The Ca concentration in the herb was respectively 4.7 times and 5.0 times as that in the soil. Conclusion There has eight trace elements in both of the wide and cultivated Akebia trifoliate, and Akebia trifoliate is obviously able to accumulate Ca.
