摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定粘毛黄芩中黄芩苷含量。方法色谱条件为:采用C18柱,以甲醇-1%冰醋酸的水溶液(54∶46)为流动相,检测波长280 nm。结果平均回收率98.7%,RSD为0.96%。结论此法简便、灵敏、快速、可靠、重复性好,可用于粘毛黄芩药材的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of Baicalin in Scutellaria viscidula Bge. by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on kromasil C18 column with methyl alcohol - 1% acetic acid （54： 60） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The average recovery was 98.7%, with RSD O. 96%. Conclusion The method is easy, sensitive, quick, reliable and repeatable, it can be used for the quality control of Scutellaria viscidula Bge.
