摘要
目的观察磁石水煎液对自由活动大鼠睡眠时相的影响。方法磁石水煎液按17.5 g/kg(生药量)的剂量,经灌胃途径给予大鼠,连续给药7 d后描记大鼠皮质脑电图。结果磁石水煎液能延长自由活动大鼠总的睡眠时间(TST),在睡眠时相上主要表现为延长SW S2(P<0.01),对SW S1和REMS没有明显的影响。结论磁石水煎液对正常大鼠睡眠周期有一定的影响,具有改善睡眠的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Magnetite on rat sleeping state. Methods After rats were admistrated intragastically with Magnetite decoction （equivalent to 17.5 g/kg crude drug） for 7 days, the corticocerebral electroencephalogram （EEG） of different sleeping states was recoded. Results After administration of Magnetite decoction, total sleeping time and SWS2 were increased in free - moving rats, but SWS1 and REMS changed insignificantly. Conclusion The decoction of Magnetite has influence on sleeping states of normal rats and has improving - sleep effect.
