益宫胶囊的药理实验研究

Pharmacological Study of Yigong Capsule

目的研究益宫胶囊的抗疲劳、免疫调节、止血、促凝血作用。方法采用小鼠游泳法和耐常压缺氧模型观察益宫胶囊抗疲劳及耐缺氧作用;观察益宫胶囊对正常小鼠和环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制小鼠脾、胸腺重量指数和血清IgG水平的影响。以断尾法和毛细玻管法研究益宫胶囊止血、促凝血作用。结果正常及免疫抑制小鼠游泳、耐常压缺氧时间明显延长,胸腺、脾脏重量指数及血清IgG含量显著升高(P<0.05);正常小鼠出血、凝血时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论益宫胶囊有抗疲劳和抗缺氧的作用,对免疫功能有明显的促进作用,并且有止血、促凝血的功效。

Objective To study anti -fatique, immunoregulative, hemostasis and blood coagulation promotive effects of Yigong capsules. Methods One time maximum swimming time of mice and their subsisting time in an airtight container under normal pressure were recorded. The weight indices of spleen and thymus were taken and serum IgG concentrations were measured. Bleeding time and in vitro coagulation time were recorded. Results Yigong capsule was found to significantly prolong the swimming time of normal and immunosuppressed mice, as well as their subsisting time in an airtight container under normal pressure （ P 〈 0, 05）. Yigong capsule raised thymus and splenic indices and serum IgG level in both normal and immunosuppressed mice. Bleeding time and in vitro coagulation time in mouse were also prolonged （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yigong capsules have anti - fatigue, anti -hypoxia, immunoregulative, hemostasis and blood coagulation effects.
