灵芪蠲肝液对急性肝损伤内毒素和氧自由基的作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过动物实验研究灵芪蠲肝液对急性肝损伤内毒素及氧自由基的影响。方法用硫代乙酰胺复制急性肝损伤模型。检测肝功能、内毒素(ET)以及10%肝组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平并取肝组织做病理检查。结果硫代乙酰胺急性肝损伤时,灵芪蠲肝液能明显降低血清ALT、AST活性、TB il、MDA、ET水平,升高SOD水平,与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05);病理检查发现其能减轻肝细胞变性、坏死,减少炎细胞浸润。结论灵芪蠲肝液通过减少ET吸收,减少氧自由基的产生,从而保护肝细胞膜,减轻肝损伤。 Objective To observe the effect of LingQiJuanGan Liquor(LQL) on endotoxin and Oxygen free radicals in acute hepatic injured rats. Methods Acute hepatic injury was induced by thioacetamide. Then hepatic function, plasma endotoxin (ET) malonyldialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutuse (SOD) in were tissue were detected. Pathological changes was observed. Results Compared with model group , serum ALT and AST activities ,TBil , plasma ET level, and MDA level in homogenates were significantly decreased by LQL, SOD activity obviously increased. The difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Pathological examination found that LQL could lighten denaturalization and putrescence of hepatic cell and reduce infiltration of inflammation cell. Conclusion LQL can protect liver cellular membrane by reducing absorption of endotoxin, decreasing production of oxygen free radicals, so as to lighten acute liver injury.
