HG颗粒对四氯化碳复合法致肝纤维化大鼠肝胶原纤维及羟脯氨酸含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究HG颗粒对(四氯化碳)CCl4致肝纤维化大鼠肝脏胶原纤维及羟脯氨酸(Hyb)含量的影响。方法70只SD大鼠,除空白对照组10只外,其余各组大鼠皮下注射CCl4,同时予高脂饲料和20%乙醇喂养6周建立肝纤维化大鼠模型,存活大鼠随机分为5组,加上空白对照组,动物共计6组,分别给予药物或蒸馏水。空白对照组:蒸馏水0.1 ml/kg;模型对照组:蒸馏水0.1 ml/kg;HG颗粒高,中,低3种剂量组:6,3,1.5 g生药/kg;复方鳖甲软肝片组:1 g/kg,灌胃治疗,1次/d,连续4周。观察大鼠肝胶原纤维及Hyb含量的变化。结果模型大鼠肝胶原纤维及Hyb含量均明显增高。HG颗粒3剂量组治疗后均能降低大鼠肝胶原纤维组织及Hyb含量,复方鳖甲软肝片亦可降低胶原纤维及Hyb含量。结论HG颗粒对CCl4复合法致肝纤维化模型大鼠具有显著的治疗作用。 Objective To explore the effects of HG Granule on collagen and Hyp in the liver of HF model rats. Methods Seventy SD rats excluding ten rats in blank control group were injected carbon tetrar - chloride( CCl4 ) hypodermicly, at the same, fed with the high fat and 20% ethyl alcohol for six weeks to established HF model rats. Existing rats were divided into five groups randomly acconding to sex and weight. All rats were given drugs or distilled water. Blank control group: distilled water 0. 1 mL/kg;model control group: distilled water 0.1 mL/kg; HG granule to high,mlddle,low groups :6,3,1.5 g crude drug/kg; FFgBJRGP group: 1g/kg. Through tube feeding once a day for four weeks. The contents of collagen and Hyp in the liver were assayed. Results Contents of collagen and Hyp in the model rats were significantly higher than that in blank group. After treatment of HG granule with high, middle,low dosages, collagen fibrosis and Hyp in rats decreased respectivly, FFBJRGP also decreased collagen fibrosis and Hyp in the liver, Conclusion HG granule has therapeutic action on HF model rats induced by carbon tetrar - chloride compounded with other factors.
