消脂健肝饮对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清和肝脏脂质含量的影响

Effect of XiaoZhiJianGanYin on Lipid Content in Serum and Liver in Rats with Non-alcohol Fatty Liver

目的探讨消脂健肝饮的药理作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法采用喂饲高脂饲料方法复制非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型,同时施加药物干预,观察其对血清和肝脏脂质的含量、肝脏组织病理学改变以及肝功能的影响。结果消脂健肝饮能明显降低实验大鼠血清、肝脏组织中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和血清ALT,AST的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,改善肝脏病理损害。结论消脂健肝饮具有较强的调节血脂、保肝降酶和良好的抗脂肪肝作用。

Objective To observe the pharmacological action of XiaoZhiJianGanYin and provide experiment evidence for clinic. Methods The Non - alcohol rat model was made by feeding hyperlipemia forage and medicine was interfered, then the lipid con- tent in serum and liver, pathological change and liver function were examined. Results XiaoZhiJianGanYin could decrease the contents of TC, TG, LDL - C in serum and liver tissue and the contents of ALT, AST in serum, increase the content of HDL - C, alleviate the pathological damage. Conclusion XiaoZhiJianGanYin can regulate blood fat and has protective effect on fatty liver.
