鄂产魔芋中葡甘露聚糖的含量测定 被引量:15

摘要 目的优化3,5-二硝水杨酸(DNS)比色法检测魔芋葡甘露聚糖并测定鄂产魔芋中葡甘露聚糖的含量。方法从葡甘露聚糖的提取方法、检测波长、显色时间、DNS添加量、水解酸度和水解时间几个方面优化DNS比色法,利用优化后的DNS比色法测定了我省五峰、长阳、利川和南漳等地的魔芋中葡甘露聚糖含量。结果魔芋精粉、二级精粉、长阳产魔芋、利川产魔芋和南漳产魔芋中葡甘露聚糖含量分别为72.84%,65.25%,49.12%,50.70%和40.77%。结论不同产地的鄂产魔芋中葡甘露聚糖含量有一定的差异,为今后开发利用提供了科学依据。 Objective To optimize 3,5 - dinotrosalicy (DNS) colorimetry and determine the content of konjac glucomannan in Hubei province. Methods The 3,5 -dinotrosalicy (DNS) colorimetry was optimized from extraction, wavelength, reaction time, dosage of DNS, acidity and time of hydroolyze. The content of konjac glucomannan in Hubei province was determined by the opti- mized method. Results The content of Konjac glucomannan from Wufeng, Changyang, Nanzhang, Lichuan was 72. 84%, 65.25% ,49.12% ,50.70% and 40.77% respectively. Conclusion The content of konjac glucomannan is different from place to place, which is valuable for the future utilization and exploitation.
