摘要
目的建立巴西蜂胶最佳提取工艺。方法进行了不同提取溶剂、不同提取时间、不同提取温度、不同料液比、不同提取次数的考察,以总黄酮为检测指标,优选提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:加入蜂胶量40倍的80%乙醇,40℃提取4 h,提取两次。结论该提取工艺合理、可行。
Objective To study the extraction method of total flavonoids in Brazilian propolis. Methods With the content of the total flavonoids as the index, the effect of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature and solvent quantity on recovery rate of total flavonoids was studied. Results The best extraction condition was ：adding 40 fold 80% ethanol, the temperature of circumfluence was 40℃ and the time of extraction was 4 h. Conclusion This extraction method is convenient and feasible.
