摘要
文章选取德国Schkopau的ValuePark作为典型工业园,从生产过程、货物与服务管理、职业健康与安全、运输交通、能源、市场、人力资源、生活质量与社区关系等8个方面对其具有的可持续发展特性进行剖析;同时以德国工业化发展程度最高的北威州(NRW)为例,介绍该州为实现工业可持续发展制定管理政策的进展;最后提出德国可持续发展工业园区对我国工业园建设的启示。
Taking ValuePark in Schkopau, Germany as an example of typical industrial park, the properties of sustainable development of the park from eight aspects with production process, management of goods and service, occupational health and safety, transport, energy, marketing, human resource, life quality and community connection were analyzed. Some management policies in North Rhine-Westphalia state （NRW） which is the most highly industrialized area of Germany were also introduced and the immediate experience for development of industrial park in China was proposed.
