医用聚氨酯气管套管的研制 被引量:2

摘要 用聚四亚甲基二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯和4,4′-二氨基-3,3′-二氯二苯甲烷制成的医用聚氨酯弹性体的邵尔A型硬度约90度,扯断伸长率可达560%,拉伸强度为36.2~54.5MPa,300%定伸应力为13.8~20.0MPa,撕裂强度66.1~78.4kN/m,回弹性34%~39%,永久变形4%~8%。聚氨酯气管套管对机体无毒、无刺激、无炎症、无排异反应,可用普通的酸、碱灭菌液进行消毒或在高温下消毒。经过近2a对12种疾病70例患者的临床应用证明,患者使用时痛苦小、舒适、安全可靠。 The mechanical properties of the polyurethane elastomers of polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG),totylene diisocyanate(TDI)and methylene-bis-ortho-chloroaniline(MOCA)was determined.The animal experiments and clinical practices showed that the trachea cannula made from the polyurethane elastomers was of less toxinity ,had not rejection of organism and was suitable for clinic use.
