阿德福韦酯联合四君子汤加味治疗慢性乙型肝炎及调节免疫功能的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect and Immuno-regulation of Adefovir Dipivoxil Plus Modified Sijunzi Decoction for Chronic Hepatitis. B

目的:观察阿德福韦酯联合四君子汤加味治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效及对其免疫调节功能的影响。方法:67例患者随机分为2组,治疗组31例,使用阿德福韦酯联合四君子汤加味治疗;对照组36例,单纯用阿德福韦酯治疗。疗程均为3月。观察治疗前后肝功能、HBV-M、HBV-DNA、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果:治疗后,在ALT、AST水平方面、HBeAg阴转率、HBeAg/抗-HBe血清转换率、血清HBV-DNA滴度下降方面治疗组均优于对照组,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平的升高,CD4^+/CD8^+水平恢复正常值率方面治疗组均优于对照组,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿德福韦酯联合四君子汤加味治疗慢性乙型肝炎可显著提高疗效及增强免疫功能。

Objective:To observe,the therapeutic effec of Adefovir Dipivoxil(ADV)plus Modified Sijun- zi Decoction (MSD) for chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Sixty-seven patients were randomiaed into two groups:the treatment group(n=31) reeived ADV plus MSD.and the control group(n=36)received ADV only.The treatment lasted 3 months.The changes of hepatic function,HBV-M,HBV-DNA and T lymphocyte subtypes before and after treatment were observed,Results:After treatment,ADV plus MSD had a belier effect on decreasing serum ALT and AST levels, and improving the indexes of rate of HBeAb turning negative,ratio of HBeAg/anti-HBe,and serum HBV-DNA titer than ADV only(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+. CD4^+ and CD8^+ increased,and CD4^+/CD8^+ reovernd to the normal in the treatment(P<0. 05 compared with the control group).Conclusion:ADV plus MSD has a better effect for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and can improve the immune function of the patients with chronic hepatitis B.
