补肾调冲方对排卵功能障碍性不孕症患者卵泡发育及内膜的影响

Effect of Bushen Tiaochong Prescription on Follicular Development and Endometrium in Patients with Sterility due to Ovulatory Dysfunction

目的:观察补肾调冲方治疗对排卵功能障碍性不孕症患者卵泡发育及内膜的作用。方法:将123例患者随机分为2组,治疗组82例用补肾调冲方(菟丝子、巴戟天、黄精、肉苁蓉、当归、川芎、紫石英、五味子)治疗;对照组41例用克罗米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,治疗周期为3月。结果:妊娠率治疗组为49.38%,对照组为21.43%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<O.05)。结论:补肾调冲方有促卵泡发育、健内膜作用,并可提高妊娠率。

Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Tiaochong Prescription on follicular development and endometrium in patients with sterility due to ovulatory dysfunrction. Methods:One hundred and twenty-three patients were randomized into two groups:the treatment group(n=82)received Bushen Tiaochong Prescription (mainly compose of Semen Cuscutae. Radix Morindae Officinalis.Rhizoma Polygonati.Herba Cistanches,Radix Angelicae Sinensis.Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Fluoritum,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis),and the control group(n=41)received clomiphene and human chorionic go- nadotropin(HCG).The treatment lasted 3 months.The basic body temperature(BBT).the secretion of cervical mucous,ovulation and gestation in the two groups were observed.Results:The gestation rate was 49. 38% in the treatment group and 21.43% in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0. 05).Conclusion:Bushen Tiaochong Prescription has an effect on prnmoting follicular develop- ment and improving endometrium,and can also increase the gestation rate in patients with sterility due to ovulatory dysfunction.
