磷化膜着色用水溶性树脂的表征和应用性能 被引量:2

摘要 本文对磷化膜着色用丙烯酸树脂AC42-918及其溶液和应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,该共聚物Tg为36.57℃,原液粘流活化能为66.25kJ/mol;共溶剂溶液粘度不仅与共聚物分子量、温度、浓度有关,还与共溶剂组成有关,但稀溶液粘度随pH值变化不大;温度升高,稀溶液pH值增加,共聚物电离反应的热焓△Hion为198.36kJ/mol;溶液透光率随溶液浓度减小迅速增加。形成的着色磷化膜不但装饰性好,而且抗蚀能力也有很大提高。 A research on the AC 42 - 918 acrylic resin and its aqueous solution, and application performance has been conducted recently. It has shown that the copolymer has a Tg 36. 57℃, viscous flow activation energy 66. 25kJ/mol (as supplied). The viscosity in cosolvent solution depends not only on the MW, concentration of copolymer and temperature, but also the composition of cosolvent. However, the viscosity of diluted solution will not change much with pH value that increases as temperature goes up. The enthalpy of ionization reaction of the copolymer △H is 198. 36 kJ/mol. The transmittance of the solution increases dramatically with the reduction of concentration. The tinted phosphating coat has shown either better decoration or improved corrosion protection.
