摘要
采用低分子量聚酯齐聚物作为丙烯酸树脂的增塑剂，配制高固体分丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料，不仅提高涂料的施工固体分，涂膜的性能也优异。介绍了羟基丙烯酸树脂、聚酯齐聚物的配方和制法。列举了高固体分丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料配方及其性能检测结果。
A high solids acrylic polyurethane coatings by use of a polyester oligomer as plasticizer has been prepared,which can lead to a higher application solids and excellent film performance. The formulation and manufacturing process of hydroxyl acrylic resin and polyester oligomer were given. The formulation of acrylic polyurethane coatings and test results were listed.
